Záma-Khúr

Supreme Commander of Yám-Khétúm

Ascending to his mother's seat with promises of continuity, Záma-Khúr swiftly centralized authority and crushed all dissent. By falsely arresting loyalist commanders, he made his message written in iron: loyalty belongs to him alone. He believes a ruthless, expansive state will elevate the Yámmite to unprecedented greatness.

Eshúm-Khétar

The Kefárum (Hand of Judgment)

Recruited from the margins of society where she had nowhere else to turn, Eshúm-Khétar was elevated by Záma-Khúr to serve as his most feared instrument. Shaped by isolation and harshness, she executes the Premier's brutal will—yet, buried deep within her, the imprint of a gentler teaching refuses to die.

Múzani-Khúra

Omúndu of the Ishango

The first female Sovereign of Ishárûn. Armed with a masterful blend of diplomacy and calculated defiance, she successfully preserves her people's independence. Recognizing that isolated kingdoms will be erased by Yám-Khétúm, she leverages her people's mastery of metallurgy and Kálondé martial discipline to anchor a desperate, unified confederation.

The Ishango Confederation
Not born of love or trust, but forged in the fires of survival. The fragile alliance unites historically disparate peoples—the Kásu-Furá, the M'benga, the Ushúrantu, and the Kérmiányo—under the formidable umbrella of the Ishango to resist the imperial subjugation of Yám-Khétúm.

Ishárûn
The capital of the Ishango Sovereignty, an architectural marvel carved directly into the living rock of ancient cliffs. Steeped in a fierce sense of identity and guarded by the unbroken traditions of martial discipline, the stone city has never bowed to an invader.
